In July 2008, Henggao signed a contract with Indonesian customers for the professional production of PA glass fiber reinforced pelletizing equipment.

In July 2008, Nanjing Henggao successfully signed an entire production line project specializing in the production of glass fiber reinforced with Indonesian customers.

According to the characteristics of the customer's operating materials, Hengan has designed a high-tech twin-screw extruder, and is equipped with a loss-in-weight automatic metering system. The equipment has the following excellent features:

1.　Using a high-precision metering and feeding system

According to the customer's processing technology, we designed three sets of loss-in-weight metering feeding systems to feed PA, short glass fiber and additives respectively. Each component material will be accurately measured by weight loss weighing. The operator only needs to complete the input of the process formula by operating the industrial computer, and the entire feeding system will automatically carry out feeding, weighing, feeding, feeding, fault alarm, data collection and other functions according to the computer instructions.

　　由于客户加工的玻纤物料，对筒体及螺杆元件磨损较大。因而我们采用了最新设计的整体合金套工艺，这一技术大大避免了传统分体合金套长时间加工物料后产生的易磨损或分裂的弊端，大大提升了筒体的耐磨性和刚性。
