Product advantages

Two stage compounding extruder is designed for processing heat-sensitive materials,or high filler material.Hengao two stage extruder has advantages as below:

1.For PVC material,we have designed high-tech automatic batching system,which can save the production cost and avoid mistake operation.For cross-linked material,we can provide high accuracy automatic gravimetric feedingsystem,which ensure each composite volume is equal with the formula,especially for special additive,as well as cross-linked agent.

2.For twin screw extruder's barrel,the L/D can be from 28~52 which up to the processing material.We can design the feeding barrel and extrusion barrel as segment to reach different polymer compounding or reactive processing.

3.For single screw extruder,the L/D of extruder and screw design will be changed according the processing material property, to ensure the material can be extruded with high output and consistent sspeed.

4.According processing requirement and material characteristic,multi-type palletizing system are optional.We can supply Strand pelletizer,air-cooling pelletizer,water-ring hot cutting pelletizer,eccentric water-fog pelletizer according the processing material and technology requirement.
