In July 2008, Nanjing Henggao successfully signed an entire production line project specializing in the production of glass fiber reinforced with Indonesian customers.

According to the characteristics of the customer's operating materials, Hengan has designed a high-tech twin-screw extruder, and is equipped with a loss-in-weight automatic metering system. The equipment has the following excellent features:

1.　Using a high-precision metering and feeding system

According to the customer's processing technology, we designed three sets of loss-in-weight metering feeding systems to feed PA, short glass fiber and additives respectively. Each component material will be accurately measured by weight loss weighing. The operator only needs to complete the input of the process formula by operating the industrial computer, and the entire feeding system will automatically carry out feeding, weighing, feeding, feeding, fault alarm, data collection and other functions according to the computer instructions.

2. The application of the overall alloy sleeve technology

Due to the glass fiber material processed by the customer, the barrel and screw components are greatly worn. Therefore, we adopt the latest designed overall alloy sleeve technology, which greatly avoids the disadvantages of the traditional split alloy sleeve that is easy to wear or split after processing materials for a long time, and greatly improves the wear resistance and rigidity of the cylinder.
