Loss-in-w eight dosing system is w idely used in plastic, chem ical, m etal, m edical and food
industry. Today in m odern production, for getting high efficiency and accuracy, w e need to
control each com ponent percentage is high accuracy continuously, in order to produce high
quality product. M eanw hile to release m anpow er.
W e designed the loss-in-w eight feeding system w hich can feed pow der, pellet and liquid
etc different type, density m aterial through com puter control. W e com bine high-accuracy
load cell, PLC , Ethernet technology together, program the operation, to realize one com puter
can control 1-16 sets feeders.
